Plango Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and payments are handled when an activity booking is cancelled on Plango. A 25% platform fee is retained for all bookings.

1. Platform Fee

  • Plango retains a 25% service fee on every booking
  • This covers platform operations and payment processing

2. Cancellation 1 Hour to 30 Minutes Before Activity

  • Booking user receives 50% refund
  • 25% paid to participant as compensation
  • 25% retained by Plango as platform fee
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • May take 2–4 business days depending on provider

3. Cancellation Within 30 Minutes of Activity

  • No refund to booking user
  • 75% paid to participant
  • 25% retained by Plango as platform fee

4. Participant Does Not Show Up

  • Booking user must cancel within 30 minutes after start time
  • Booking user receives 75% refund
  • 25% retained by Plango as platform fee

5. Booking User Does Not Show Up

  • No refund to booking user
  • 75% paid to participant
  • 25% retained by Plango as platform fee
