Plango Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and payments are handled when an activity booking is cancelled on Plango. A 25% platform fee is retained for all bookings.
1. Platform Fee
- Plango retains a 25% service fee on every booking
- This covers platform operations and payment processing
2. Cancellation 1 Hour to 30 Minutes Before Activity
- Booking user receives 50% refund
- 25% paid to participant as compensation
- 25% retained by Plango as platform fee
- Refund processed to original payment method
- May take 2–4 business days depending on provider
3. Cancellation Within 30 Minutes of Activity
- No refund to booking user
- 75% paid to participant
- 25% retained by Plango as platform fee
4. Participant Does Not Show Up
- Booking user must cancel within 30 minutes after start time
- Booking user receives 75% refund
- 25% retained by Plango as platform fee
5. Booking User Does Not Show Up
- No refund to booking user
- 75% paid to participant
- 25% retained by Plango as platform fee
