  • Name, phone number, and email (via OTP verification)
  • Profile details (photos, bio, interests, professional background)
  • Chat messages, booking history, and activity participation
  • Feedback and communication with support

b. Camera and Photos Access

  • Access is only with your permission
  • Used for profile pictures and activity images
  • No background camera access is performed

c. Location Data

  • Collected only while app is in use
  • Used to show nearby activities and improve recommendations
  • Can be disabled anytime from device settings

d. Payments & Financial Information

  • Payments handled by secure providers (e.g., Razorpay)
  • We do not store card details or CVV
  • Transaction records retained for legal/accounting purposes

e. Social Logins

  • Google/Apple login provides Name, Email, Profile Picture

f. Identifiers & Diagnostics

  • Device info (OS, model, identifiers)
  • IP address and usage behavior
  • Crash logs and diagnostics
  • Advertising ID (AAID) for analytics
  • Push notification tokens for chats and bookings

Public Profiles

5. Retention & Deletion

Retention

  • Data is stored while account is active
  • Deleted data is removed within 30–90 days

Account Deletion

  • In-App: Settings > Profile > Delete Account (if available)
  • Manual: Email support@plango.in with Account Deletion Request
  • Provide name, email, and mobile number for verification

6. Permissions and Consent

  • Camera: Upload images
  • Location: Show nearby activities
  • Permissions can be revoked anytime

7. User Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for content they share
  • Plango does not guarantee authenticity of users
  • Not responsible for offline interactions

8. Third-Party Services

  • Third-party services operate under their own policies
  • We are not responsible for their practices

9. Children’s Privacy

  • Plango is strictly for users aged 18+
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Plango is a platform to connect users
  • We are not responsible for user behavior or outcomes
